明日中文学校收费标准及管理办法

 1．注册费

新生：报名时间为每学期的前两周,注册时除填报名表及交纳学费外，还须交$10.00/人注册费。如半途退学，注册费将不予退还。

在校生：为方便学校提前预订教室，安排老师，我们鼓励在校生在学期结束前预交下学期学费以确定该生将继续回校学习。预交学费的在校生可免除注册费。在校生不需重填报名表。没有预交学费的在校生，在新学期开学时，需交纳$10.00/人注册费，并且不能保证新学期在原班级上课（每个班级15名学生满员）。

2．学费

明日中文学校目前每学期学费定为$210/人（兄弟姐妹$200/人）。

3．退款条例

明日中文学校学费是按学期收缴， 由于学校教室租金，老师的酬劳等都是依照报名学生人数，通过学校预算统筹安排，如学生中途退学，学费将依据实际情况退还或不予退还。具体办法如下：

•所有新生必须交了注册费后才能进教室试听一次课。已交学费的新生，如在第二次上课前决定退学，所交学费可全部退还。 上课两周后提出退学者，学费一概不予退还。

•预交学费的在校生如下学期因故不能回校者，学校将退还全部已交学费。

•在校生，如开学两周内因故退学，可退还全部已交学费；如开学两周后决定退出，已交学费将不予退还。

Chinese School of Tomorrow Registration Fee and Tuition

1.Registration Fee

New students:   New students can register in the first two weeks of a semester. All the new students are required to fill out the CST Student Registration Form and pay $10.00/person non-refundable registration fee. 

Returning students:  Since we need to reserve the classrooms in advance and get the teachers ready before the semester starts， we encourage the returning students to pre-register for the next semester and pay the tuition before the semester starts to reserve the spot in the class. The pre-registered students do not need to fill out the registration form and their registration fee can be waived. The returning students who didn’t pre-pay the tuition for the next semester will need to pay $10.00/student non-refundable registration fee at the beginning of the semester, and they are not guaranteed to get into their original class due to the maximum number of student in the class (currently the limit is set to 15 students)

2.Tuition

The tuition fee of Chinese School of Tomorrow currently is $210.00/student/semester (Siblings pay $200.00/student/semester).  

3.Refund 

The tuition fee is paid by semester. We reserve the classrooms and hire teachers based on the number of registered students. If the student decides to withdraw in the middle of the semester, we may not refund the tuition based on the situations.  Please see the detailed rules below:

•The new student is allowed to try out 1 lesson. If he/she decides to withdraw from the class before the 2nd lesson, we may refund full tuition he/she paid.  All the new students must pay the registration fee before trying out the lesson. 

•If the pre-registered student is unable to come to the school the next semester and has already pre-paid the tuition, we may refund the full tuition he/she paid.  

•The registered student may get full refund if he/she decides to withdraw before or during the 2nd week of the semester. There will be no refund if he/she decides to withdraw after the 2nd week of the semester.
